Extremely Hi! very Hi  I'm a Konglish fairy, Beganvegan

I enjoy eating curry in Korea, how is it in your country?

I suddenly wondered about the curry I ate every day, so I decided to post it

It's my first time seeing a turmeric

Let's find out the origin of curry first

Curry originally originated in India and refers to the cooking of masala in ingredients such as meat, fish, and vegetables. Since India's first Governor-General Warren Hastings presented Masala to Queen Victoria in 1772, when India was a British colony, curry has been said to have been considered a rare dish for the British royal family to serve only to diplomatic envoys and others. From then on, the British upper-class society began to use spice powder (which was made from dried vegetable fruits, etc.) as a seasoning, and later spread widely to ordinary households.

Before curry was delivered to England, there were already dishes such as beef stew cooked with meat and vegetables by roasting flour and butter. The addition of powder mixed with various spices was called "Curry" after the word "Kari" in Tamil, North India. In the late 18th century, as more and more people sought mixed spice powder in England, a spice powder mix product called C&B Curry Powder began to be manufactured and sold, which was mainly used to make curry dishes.

I'm so glad that my beloved India was the origin of curry

++In my opinion, all Indians are honest and kind. Men are all handsome and women are really beautiful. Is there a secret in the curry?

What does curry contain?

The ingredients in various spices, including the curcumin in sulfur, the main ingredient of curry, have various health effects such as anticancer and antioxidant effects.
Indians who enjoy curry have only a quarter of the incidence of Alzheimer's disease, commonly called senile dementia. India has the lowest incidence of dementia in the world, and some regions have only 1 percent of dementia among the elderly. Thus, curry is known as a food beneficial to the elderly, and the yellow pigment ingredient of curry, curcumin, is a powerful antioxidant substance that prevents cell oxidation and reduces inflammation, which is estimated to prevent dementia or delay progress.
