This welcome burger's name is "LIA Miracleburger"

 

Although McDonald's and Burger King sell hamburgers made with vegetable meat overseas, it is the first attempt in the domestic hamburger franchise market.

 

It was a wonderful news for me because I really wanted to eat hamburgers while eating a vegetarian meal in Korea.

 

The newly released Miracle Burger used vegetable ingredients thoroughly. It targeted not only meat and fish, but also vegan who did not eat foods with animal ingredients such as milk and eggs. The sauce used soybeans instead of eggs and did not add bulgogi(mear) extract or mayonnaise. Instead, they made the sauce with soy sauce base. Bread is made without milk.

but !! The price was rather disappointing. The Miracle Burger is priced at 5,600 won, which is about 5,500 won (5,500 won) with two Australian beef patties. Compared to the 3,900 won bulgogi burger, 1,700 won is expensive. The calorie content is 574 kcal, which is not much different from the bulgogi burger (442 kcal), so it is unlikely to be an alternative for consumers who are vegetarian for a diet.

 

Let's look at the nutritional content.

It's made of wheat and soybeans, so you can eat it with confidence.

but Calories come first to my eyes.   i thought it would be low in calories because it's a vegetarian burger, but it's quite high.
