There are many restaurants in Korea,  Buttt Finding what vegetarians can eat is a star in the sky. 
Of course we can go to vegetarian restaurants, but sometimes we have to eat with non-vegetarians.

Among them, it is impossible to distinguish whether street food is vegetarian or not unless it is Korean. 
As a Korean, I get confused a lot.

 

I can tell whether street food is vegetarian or not.

 

forexample In India, where I've recently fallen in love, every restaurant has its own color indicating whether it's a vegetarian restaurant or not. It's so visible that you don't have to worry about finding it.

Unfortunately, there is no such mark in Korea. So I'll just tell you what you can eat with this mark

 

1) 호떡 ( HOTTEOK , Chinese pancake, Pan-fried Sweet Pancake ㅇ 

 

snack eaten in Korea and China, and it is hot bread with sugar made by kneading glutinous rice or flour.

Ingredients : bread flour, glutinous rice powder, dried yeast, warm water, sugar, salt, vegetable oil

Filling:  mixed nuts, roasted and crushed, dark brown sugar, cinnamon powder

2) 찹쌀도너츠 (glutinous rice donuts

 

Ingredients : wet glutinous rice flour, Butter, baking powder, Cooking oil

Filling : red bean paste

 

3) 토네이도 감자 (tornado potato) 

 

Korea.Tornado potatoes are thinly sliced potatoes, skewered them, fried them, and sprinkled with various seasoning.

 

Ingredients : Potato, Cooking oil + seasoning

 

+ Fried potatoes, of course, are fine.  Sometimes seasoning may contain meat. Let's ask him to take it out.

5) 군 고구마와 군밤  (roasted chestnuts roasted sweet potato)
